Dirty java moss
I collected all the moss in the tank, gave them a good shake and the tank water turned cloudy immediately, I saw poops, brine shrimp pieces and all sorts of debris, is this because of the poor water circulation? I am having about 100-150 gph on a 50 gallon tank

Circulation is just one of the causes, dense vegetation such as java moss is natural detritus trapper.
