Can someone make sense of this

I'm waiting for my hardness test kit to come in the mail, but in the meantime I thought I would snoop around at the Los Angeles water report to see if I could find out how hard my local water is. Seems like the numbers are all over the place for different water sources and I'm not even sure which ones I'm supposed to look at. I dropped out of college chemistry because I was about to fail it so can someone more scientifically inclined help me out?

That's why I don't use the built-in host, seems like they are stuck in 2003 when most of the world was still on dial up and there was a need for highly compressed images to save file size.

Http://goodluckmakingrent.com is awesome for single images, http://photobucket.com is great for keeping track of lots of images.
