Ammonia 0. Nitrites 0. Nitrates 20.

Wow! I think my tank is finally cycled!

...now if only my driftwood would get here. It was delayed due to a USPS screwup. I can't really do anything until I have my driftwood!

Thanks! I started with just a little filter pad from a fairly newly established tank and it took 4 weeks exactly!

I still have to put in 4ppm and make sure it totally cycles, but this morning was the first time I saw 0 nitrites after putting in 2 ppm NH3 the previous day.

sweet man that's fast! i would still be careful before adding fish tho, the Nitrates reading seems suspicious; you might mini-cycle when you add a bio load. add the little guys slowly in small numbers (2-3max) and watch out for nitrite spikes! :O

good luck!

The nitrates are low because I had just done a big water change a day or so ago- I'm still not able to add fish anyway, as I am waiting for the driftwood so I can put in the hardscape, before I can plant, before I can add fish, so we're looking at another week at least. ARGH! LOL.
