What us peacock moss? Totally different than java,flame,fissidens?

It is very different. Once it grows it has a very different shape. It's more organized looking. I have some Xmas or peacock moss, they both look similar. I have java moss, flame moss, and weeping moss. I love moss. All look very different once they grow in. But most moss when seen as a clump or a few strands looks a lot a like. It's not till they are tied and growing will you see them look very different.

The link that was posted is a great one you will see the many different kind.
