I replaced my fluval nano filter with a Aqua clear filter. Unfortunately, one can not continue to use the glass lid which is now in storage.

A small canister would probably work well, without taking up so much in tank space. I am using a Eheim 2211, but a inexpensive 501 filter would probably also work.
