Quick CO2 reactor question

I just plumbed in a Rex style reactor, and have a quick question. I still have a significant amount of bubbles coming out of the spray bar, even when the solenoid for my CO2 is off. Obviously, some air bubbles are trapped in the reactor, despite my trying to 'burp' them out. Is this normal, and should I expect it to last for very long? The reactor has only been hooked up for 3 or so hours, so its likely that I am just impatient.

Running around 3 BPS into the ~20" tall reactor built with 2" PVC. I think it should be more than capable of 100% diffusion at that size.

Water into the top and out the bottom. CO2 injected 2" from the top.

You might want to post a pic just so we can point out any possible trouble areas.

Everything is well today. The air bubble that was trapped must have been burped out overnight. I love the clear water using a reactor after putting up with the 7UP fizz look from an atomic diffuser.
