Bubbles between glass! HELP please

Should I be concerned, here is a picture of what I am talking about, this is between the glass panels not in the corner silicone bead. This tank isn't even two weeks old.

I just contacted petsmart and they said they would exchange it without a receipt since its their brand or whatever (top fin brand I think)... now I know what I am doing tonight and tomorrow wish I didn't just get everything completely set up a little over a week ago .

Wow, never seen anything like that before. Too bad you have to tear down, but it would deffinately be best to exchange that tank asap.

Amazing that is is NOT leaking. But, chances are you can fill another 1000 of the same tank and never see that again.

I bought my 125 from petsmart complete with a stand and a month later I found two chips and they wouldn't do anything about it. I don't really blame them I mean it took me +/- a month to see them.

Yikes! Not cool...

While people are on this topic, is there anyway for aquarium glass to shift? Like, the smaller ends on a 40 gallon breeder shift inward by say, half a CM? And if so, should I worry? (Sorry to hijack, but you have me a little worried....)

Glass can bow on a properly built aquarium, but the panes shouldn't shift at the seams. Was this a used tank that was resealed and filled too soon?

The one I worked at would have taken it back no problem. I would have been a little suspicious though.
