DIY Co2 recipe for 3 Ltr bottles

I am going to be running two 3ltr bottles for some DIY co2 in my system, what is going to be a recipe that produces well for a decent length of time? I am more concerned with longevity vs high production and will be staggering the starts of the two bottles.

Less yeast means a longer production period. More yeast burns fast and produces more CO2.
