rearranging tank?

Looking at all of these awesome tanks has inpired me to redo my tank and better think out where im going to put plants rather than just putting them anywhere. My question is i have plants that have been in their for months and some just a few weeks will be okay to up root them and move some where else?

absolutely. just trim their old roots back to 1-2 inches in length, and replant them.
