Background plant suggestions

I am looking to get some plants to make a background in my tank.

The tank is 75g
Lighting: Coralife 2 x 54w T5HO 48"
Substrate: Black blasting sand with osmocote root tabs
Pressurized CO2 (around 3 bbs)
Lights on for 4 hrs, off 2 hrs, on 4hrs
EI Dosing with Kno3, KH2PO4, and CSM+B

Right now I have Java Moss, and some Argentine Swords and few Jungle Vals.

Im looking to add a little more Val and then mix in some stem plants or whatever else to mix it up a little and help fill it in along the back. HOWEVER, with some of my fish (Cyprichromis) they need some open room along top 1/3 of the tank as swimming room so dont want anything the is gonna end up taking over the entire tank really quick since weekends are the only time I have to attend to the tanks.

Here is the tank as it sits now -

Thanks in advance from a noob

I love my onion plants. Very easy to trim if they're getting too tall, and the fish love to swim through them. I have low-medium light with only root tabs, weekly dosing with flourish complete, and diy co2, and they do very well for me.

How about Ludwigia repens "Rubin" or similar for a red accent?

Maybe fine-leaved plants like myriophyllum mattogrossense?

Snail Glades,
