Which type of lighting is better for my fish tank?

I have a 10g heavily planted fish tank. Here is what it looks like:

Two 10 watt florescent lights on each side of hood?

Marineland LED lighting system:

I have Led single light on my 20G and I'm quite happy with it. That's a good price BTW I paid $69.99.
