PVC for DIY yeast co2

Anyone use pvc with a threaded cap for diy co2. I was thinking of building something where I didnt have to use the two liter bottle. Its kind of a pain in the rear with the small neck of the bottle.

Couldn't see why it wouldn't work. I had one of those nutrafin canister things for a while, essentially the same thing. Just make sure you use some teflon tape as a safety measure.

Use a funnel and save the money for fish or plants.

If you're going the PCV route, put a toilet closet flange on the bottom for stability and an internal plug for the bottom. I recommend not clamping your tubing in place, just in case something goes wrong and pressure needs to escape.
