Suggestions for low/med light foreground plants

Hi, I am running low/medium light over my 50 gallon tank and would like suggestions on a low maintenance plant for ground cover.

Most of the plants I see listed require high light. Also, I should mention that I have CO2 going if that helps.

Any suggestions?

With medium light and CO2, you should be able to grow just about anything.

Some lower light carpets are pygmy chain sword, Hemianthus micranthemoides, Cryptocoryne parva (though it seems to need more light than most crypts), and in really low light tanks, some people carpet with java moss.

If it's medium low rather than medium high (or just plain medium), I'd go with a crypt.

As I'm also a beginner, I tend to lean towards easier plants that are on the lower limits of my lighting, rather than try to push it with plants are on the upper limits of my lighting.

These will do well (but grow slower) without CO2 as well. I do add excel which speeds up the growth.
