Eheim makes them but they're Eheim green. Trilbytropicals.com carries them and I'm sure BigAls and others do too.

Just use a 1/2" hose barb elbow. Local hardware store. $2.

Why not hit up one of the TPT members that make Acrylic Lily Pipes and have them bend you a couple?

You can yourself it is not difficult. I have bent acrylic pipe using a hair-dryer (others use a gas oven flame) takes a little time with the dryer but you won't bubble the surface. just fill it with salt or fine sand first and pack it hard to prevent it collapsing in on its self when you bend it.
The key is to take your time and not overheat the material.
To set the acrylic just dunk it in cold water

I poked around the googles last night for a while and can't find any clear elbows with hose barbs. If you don't mind changing hose, you could use clear PVC fittings (and hose) and cement them together.

My dear friend, I've made things like that. I've been making Lily pipes for a while out of acrylic. Funny thing I was just poking around the forum and run into this.

Here's my thread, it's closed now.. But I still have material to make them with... And you wouldn't be able to bend them with a hair dryer very easy, you'll more than likely get a bunch of ugly bends because of the uneven heat...
