Coincidence?

Ok so the only thing really different besides the addition of java ferns and crypts to my planted 10g was I recently started dosing with flourish excel & Comprehensive. I have a golf ball sized mystery snail in there who laid eggs about 10 days ago (pretty large cluster). 4 days later she did it again. Now 5 days later she did it AGAIN. That's 3 egg laying events in 10 days, has anyone seen this before? she's alone in the tank so they must be unfertilized but what is going on why does she keep doing it?

Snails are hermaphrodites and can self-fertilize if there isn't another of their kind.

It probably has nothing to do with dosing flourish, "she" was just ready, but perhaps some of the micronutrients helped.

It's a Mystery snail and they are not hermaphrodites. They require male and female to reproduce.

I am thinking it might have to do with the fact my heater is on the fritz and the temp has been rising to around 84 occasionally before I catch it and turn it off. Perhaps the unusually high temp is causing her to lay them. idk.
