Gotta love pearling!

This is why I love pressurized CO2. I think that lily is about to take off because of all those bubbles! lol

Need generous fertilizing and adequate lighting.

You haven't seen pearling until you've had direct sunlight hitting a tank running on 40+ppm of co2 for about 4 hours. It looks like an aquarium filled with Sprite or 7up.

Never argue with a fool. Onlookers often can't tell the difference.
Growing older is mandatory, growing up is optional.
My advice is free and worth every penny.

I know pearling isn't a necessity, plants grow perfectly well even without pearling.. but does anyone know why my plants refuse to pearl?

it has to do with many variables light intensity, flow, co2 lvls ext ext alot of flow can minimize the pearling and u can have pearling with zero additional co2 or ferts its all just how its set up which its pointless to say pearling is what we are shooting for its good growth and minimal algea is what you should be focusing on! i could careless what plants would pearl or not as long as my tank look awsome but thats just me i guess...
