Is a creaking sound bad?

For the last 3-4 weeks, each time I do a 50% water change, I hear a brief creak coming from the tank as I refill it. It's definitely coming from the tank, but I haven't identified exactly where. I'm wondering if it means that my tank is close to springing a leak. The silicone and rim look like they're in decent shape.
