need help! how to get rid of white worm or planaria

i recently started dosing ferts and i noticed these white worms crawling on glass. they look like planaria. how do i get rid of it? i just have plants and maybe a hundred snails in there.

i do 30-40 percent water change every week.

A natural solution is to not feed the tank too much and every time the planarians come out, suck them up with your siphon.

I think people say gouramis will eat them but I don't have personal experience with that.

I used rasboras. Once they eat one they will literally go look for them. 2/10 gallon should do it.
