Anyone know what this creature is?

Does anyone know what this is? I found it in my tank this am. It moves very strangely. Not a detritus worm and I donít think itís a planeria. You can see it with the naked eye but this is 10 times magnified. My tank has orange sukura shrimp and zebra Babaulti.

Larval insect of some sort (damselfly?), photo is a bit fuzzy. In any case it should be removed ASAP, though it appears to have already been.

Blurry pic. Look up Damselfly, dragonfly and mayfly larva and see if any of those match.

I have a video of it but the site wonít let me post it. I found another next to a berried orange sukura. They move very weird and they are freaking me out. Iím stalking my tank with an eye droppe to grab them. I got my plants from aquatic arts and failed to bleach.....Iím an idiot. I have has detritus worms, a daphnia (caught today) maybe planeria (used planeria zero) and now this weird creature. I canít take it. Iím so stressed out and am beginning to hate how great the zoom is on my iPhone pro. Uggggg

Does it move by flipping through the water? It looks like mosquito larvae. I had this similar issue when I was cycling a betta tank - popped my betta in and everything was solved.

Can you put a betta in a shrimp aquarium to get rid of the mosquito larvae and detritus worms?

I found the solution. Mosquito dunks. Racheal OíLeary posted this video.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8E18MbUxP8. and now I see many others using it too so we shall see if it works. Fingers crossed because Iím tired of sitting in front of my aquarium with a turkey baster catching them. Iím literally going insane. And there has only been 7. An infestation would kill me.....lol
