Overstocked aquarium?

I have 50 gal
With 8 zebra danios (Full grown)
2 Upside down catfish (Really Young)
3 Guppies (Going to move it to shrimp tank if overstock)
14 Neon Tetra (Full grown)
And 7 Blue diamond shrimp to control algae.
They're full grown and never been picked by the fish
Tank Parameter are surely fine.
Not really heavy planted.
I got 3 unidentified plant
Peacock moss carpet
And some Hardscape like
Rasmala wood
And decorative Coral (wouldn't increase the PH)

So is my aquarium overstocked?
Should I re-home some fish?
Or what should I do? Any advise would help. Thanks

Not overstocked at all, dont need to re-home fish.
