Name that infusoria

Hey All,

So at first I thought this was some sort of fungus or bacteria, but then I realized it was a very small mite that make these formations on plant leaves. They will be there one day and gone the next. They move in these really beautiful thread-like patterns and bunch up against the leaves when touched with a tweezer.

Anyone know what exactly these things are?
