Do you have assassin snails in the tank? If so, could be assassin snail eggs.

Are you wanting snails in your tank? There is quite.a.quick.and.harmless way to remove them if you don't want any? I had to as I had a massive outbreak of them in my guppy tank

Use panacur, but be careful as it will kill all snails ok. If you have some you want to keep, take them out. For fish and shrimp I had 0 deaths. Plenty of YouTube vids on how to.

If they're Nerite egss, they won't develop in fresh water. Assassin snails will develop in fresh water.

The white specs or the blury spots? I am not sure. Nerite snail eggs are white and cannot hatch in fresh water. They need brackish.
