Your hygro twisted deformed leaves indicate a need for light dosing of a basic all in one fert. Id recommend Thrive at 1/3 strength, dosed every other day. That would be around .6ml on 1st dose to get nutrient levels up in tank and then .25ml every other day. Skip dosing on water change day.

You also need to test water for phosphate and nitrate, Thrive supplies a bit of each of those but you need to get those levels up to about 1-2ppm for phosphate and probably about 10-12ppm on nitrate so a additional supplement for each of those may be needed as well.

If you are running sand over soil, I would recommend that you slow down with everything. Your soil is a powerful, rechargeable battery. Your water too. Keep planting and figure out the right light level and timing so you don't spin out.

It looks like a great start!

Cheers
