Wierd plant

Wierd plant started growing on wood. Not sure what it is but it is cool. Like a Bush, I will post a picture.

This is a form of Algae? Does that mean my snails will eat it eventually? I kinda want it to stick around.

It is algae yes. Snails could eat it, but probably won't.

I would also say it is going to start popping up all over your tank, get stringy and you are not going to like it near as much as now.

It looks like Cladophora to me.Rub a bit between your fingers,
if it has a pungent odor it is Cladophora, and is invasive. Squirt it with a syringe of H2O2 to kill it.
