Eggshell use? and Banana plants reproduction?

So, I'm gonna start by saying hello! Hello, I am new to the website, however, I am not new to fish keeping! I have had fish for about three years and I am an incoming high school student looking for help and advice with fish and plants! My first question is, how do banana plants reproduce? I have two healthy and strong banana plants and I would like more but do not have the time nor money to by more. Next question, I know that eggshells provide calcium to fish tanks and helps plants and snails but, how do I crush them up into powder? Do I use a nutribullet? Ok elbow grease? Also, can I just throw it into the tank or is there something special I need to do first?
Thanks in advance!

Eggshells can be simply crushed by hand and placed in a bag in your filter or ground into a powder in something like a mortar and pestle to make it dissolve into the water a bit faster.

Banana plants can be propagated by waiting for the plant to send a leaf to the surface and then cutting that leaf and stem from the rest of the plant. Leave the cutting floating in your aquarium and it should start producing roots and new leaves near where the stem was cut. Once this happens, the roots can be planted in the substrate.

My algae is the only plant that pearls.
