Does the C02 regulator 3500 PSI can handle 5L or 7.2L of c02 steel cylinder?

I have a question, I bough a regulator which show 3500 PSI and I want to buy a cylinder in the picture. I want to know which do you advise to get, the small cylinder (5L) or the Big Cylinder (7L). It will supply 3 planted tanks.

I am just afraid if the big cylinder 7.2 Liters will damage the regulator. See picture attached.

Cylinder (small and big) : https://1drv.ms/u/s!AvHLnKMuvECthQy1s6BLHMA6lT6h

The C02 regulator and Cylinder are in CGA 320 if anyone ask.

Gaseous co2 produces roughly 850 PSI, regardless of the cylinder size. The larger cylinder would contain more co2, allowing for longer times between refills.

A larger CO2 cylinder will not damage your regulator.

Use the larger one, if you have the space for it.
