Necrotic pinholes in older leaves of Hygro pinna

First thought is K deficiency but since I dose at 22 ppm per week I’m reluctant to believe that’s the issue. CO2 is monitored via pH (~1 point drop 2 hrs after lights on) however, my h’ra is not as proliferative as I’d like it to be with longer internodes and hardly any pink hue—could be a flow issue with the CO2 not reaching all corners of the tank? This plant is one of my favorite species second only to buce varieties. i hate to see it do poorly! Thoughts?

Since there are lots of differing ways plants can show they are not happy, this is where I find dry ferts are good for giving me a chance to add more of any one single item without tossing in too much of another. That often leaves me doing a bit of guessing for what is needed and then adding that and watching for improvement.
Without numbers, I might guess at trying a bit more nitrate as a starter.
