Extended internodes and high light?

I have two Finnex Planted+ fixtures on my Spec V. I’ve been lead to believe that this constitutes high PAR, but my plants are still showing signs that it’s not enough. The internodes on my stems are still quite lengthy, and my glosso seems keen on growing somewhat horizontally. Any thoughts?
