I HATE planar and Damselfly nymphs

This is just a rant, nothing more. After finally getting No Planaria to battle the disgusting planaria, I was watching my 55 gallon tank closely last night to make sure my beautiful high grade crystal shrimp were doing ok...when I spotted the biggest damselfly nymph yet. I've been killing them for the past 3 months. I got super unlucky and had an adult fly that somehow made it into my tank to breed and I've been finding these critters ever since. I must have killed at least 20 by now. The one yesterday was huge and I'm sure it has been snacking on my shrimp for a while now. Explains also why some of my fish are so skittish. It disappeared into the thick of the plants when I tried to catch it.

I.just.want. my tank to be in a spot where there it's free of critters straight out of my nightmares!
