Looking for recommendation.

I have a 10 gallon heavily planted tank that's been running for a little over a year now.

It is stocked with cherry shrimp and 3 albino cory cats. Filtration is an air powered sponge (rated for up to 20 gallons) as well as a 10 gallon HOB filter with pre filter sponge.

With the amount of plants and filtration I have, I know the tank can handle additional bio load, and I'd like some recommendations on what might keep the mid and top of the water column more active. Some things I've considered are a betta, which I ruled out as my shrimp are reproducing regularly and a betta would feast; endlers livebearers or chili rasboras. I assume with the endlers or chilis, their small size would prevent most shrimplets from being eaten.

Another grazer would be fine too as I recently switched my lighting to a hydroponic system with heavy red spectrum which is promoting algae growth (but not at an unmanageable level).
