Low to High Tech

Just a quick Q about what the best way to go from low to high tech is.

Looking for suggestions/kits/pieces that are quality and affordable at the same time. Preferably for a pressurized setup.

I have a small 9 gal tank and want to get the voluptuous growth that CO2 provides.

Fluval kit is what I've been looking at but doesn't provide the sleek look that glass setups have plus the cans are disposable and seem like they'll add up.

Any opinions are greatly appreciated!
