Converting a tank

Hi all

I have no experince in planted tanks but have been thinking about starting one.

I currently have a 2m long african cichlid tank with a sump filter that I want to use to convert.

Do you good sirs think it's possible to have a sump filter for a planted tank? Im just concerned about CO2 loss....

Welcome to TPT.

Yes, and many people do have sums on larger tanks with co2. One common approach is dissolve the co2 in the sump.
