Red Fungus on Wood

Hey guys, my tank has been going for over a month now. I got a white fungus, then a lot of algae and now this red fungus on the wood. Any thing to concern about it? Is it ok for the shrimp?

What type of wood is it and where was it collected? There's one known aquatic mushroom that does exist in the US in the western states waterways. I actually received some Manzanita wood that was collected in Cali that started growing these aquatic mushrooms, very cool and totally harmless. I need a clearer pic though to tell if these are mushroom pins, or if you have something else.
