Need help while gathering supply's

Hello all
well im setting up a ADA 60p, i have tank and stand and some of the internal stuff but need some help before i order the rest of the goodies.

this is going to be a planted tank with japanese garden feel "per wife if i can pull it off" so will try and have stone and sand path aling with a stream and bridge. and trying a dry start

will be house RCS, CRS, CBS and maybe cardinal tetras and endlers.
plants will be mosses "flame, java, xmas", hair grass, HC for now

i already have complete DIY co2 system to use
will be using 2x24 light

where i need help as this is my first planted tank from beginning is the following

i have powersand s and was thinking amazonia2, or unless someone has another great suggestion. i like the fluval stuff but its really expensive compaired to others at least right now.

filter... since everyone here like eheim i thought id break away from fluval and try.
so should i get 2215 or a 2235 i dont have any personal experiance so im going off peoples opinions lol

i want to get some pipes but havent decided on trying to make some acylic or just buy glass and hope i dont break them.

hoping to place orders sun/mon to have by next weekend and get started any help or opinions would be awesome
Thanks

finalplay10 should be able to help you out. he's working on and tried a lot of the stuff that your trying. shoot him a pm. i'm sure he would be willing to help you.

i think that powersand and amazonia2 would be fine if you already have it. i would have gone with regular amazonia though.

as far as lily pipes, you can get some knockoffs from ebay pretty cheap.

Well after much debate I ordered a 9l bag of amazonia1
Also have a hydor 200 inline heater on order, I decided to try the eheim 2236 as it has baskets and priming

I'm so excited, got a whole pile of plants and goodies just need soil to arrive.
