water change

hi guys iam new on this forum.
here is the list of what i have
125 fluval roma 125ltrs
internal u3 filter that came with the tank
and stock lighting 2 t8 bulbs 20watts each
substrate is just fine sand
i dose with easycarbo 2.5 ml daily
i also dose provito 12.5ml weekly. i have heavly planted the tank.
here is my fish stock
50 cardinals tetras,i know this is a bit much but they look great together
12 rasbora tetras
4 corys
and thats all i plan to keep lol
i do a 10% water change weekly, i was wondering is i should increase to mayby 15 or 20%? what you guys think

on heavily planted tanks i dose my ferts with the ei method (http://www.barrreport.com/showthread...ss-techy-folks)
although its not necessary, i do 50% water changes on them.

on other tanks i do 25%.

i'm a big into trying to keep my tank clean. someone around here has a signature that says "the solution to polution is dilution" and i'm personally a big fan of it. other people dont like to gravel vac because it removes waste that the plants would ultimately be using as food. but untill its used the fish are swimming around in their own waste and i dont think its fair
