Dirting new tank...... which one ?

It's been a couple years since my last dirted tank and I got the itch again. This past week I've been getting everything around. It will be a low to mid light set up with no co2. I currently have a stocked 125 gallon and an empty but running 45 RR rimless frag which is 4x18x12. I have 6 grow out red head geophagus around 3 inches that I need to remove from my 125....i was either going to put them in the 45 frag and pick up a 40b or 55 since the $1 per gallon sale is going on. The other tank I choose will be the dirted tank

If you guys had to choose which tank you wanna dirt and which one the geophagus would go in which would you choose from the following?

45 RR rimless frag 4x18x12
40 B
55

I think choices like this are always best left to the person who is doing it honestly. But FYI the $1/gallon sale no longer includes 40B or 55 gallon tanks....I think they have a 50% off sale on those sizes but it ends up being more than $1/gallon.
