Help me decide on a direction.

I'll be setting up a 22 gallon long aquamaxx on my office desk in a couple months. I've gone back an forth over what I intended to set it up as. I'm genuinely torn as far as which direction to take at the moment.

Option 1; Hillstream manifold
Plants; Anubias, Bolbitis, Java Fern, Buce
Livestock; Stiphodon group, single schooling species(possibly Kubotai)
Inverts; CPO, Amano, RCS or Ghost shrimp, Bamboo or Vampire shrimp, Nerite or two.

Option 2; Low tech, low light betta pool
Plants; Anubias, Bolbitis, Java Fern, Buce
Livestock; group of Betta Albimarginatta(1F 3M), Not sure if I'd put anything else with them
Inverts; not sure if what would like the water conditions, maybe some cull grade CRS since they'll more than likely be on the menu

Option 3; Medium light with fine leaved plants.
Livestock; Pgymy sunfish, CPD, Chilli Rasboro
Inverts; Nerite, amano, RCS or ghost shrimp, CPO?

Help me with my musings.
