Plant Bubbles

I have a 75 gallon not super planted but enough. Home made co2 reactor with a fx5 canister, and a fluval C4 HOB. With 2 ai prime fresh water pucks. My questions are there a lot of algae growth on my texas holey rock i like the look but don't want it to overtake the rocks. All the plants have bubbles coming from them i read this is a good thing meaning alot of o2 in the tank. Should i turn down light add more co2.
