Gravel tube valve

Does anyone know where I can get only the "gravel tube valve" part for my gravel vacuum and water changer assembly. This seems to be the only part not sold separately. I only need the part circled in blue, but the whole assembly in red is fine.

I'm not sure what brand yours vac is but Python sells all the parts for their system.

Scroll to the bottom.

It's Aqueon assembly. I've had it forever and have been able to replace parts except this one. The Python looks hardier so maybe I'll just need to buy a new assembly.

Thanks.

On the other hand, have you considered if you really need that part and could not do fine with a simple syphon to run the water out and then connect to the faucet to refill? Many folks do find those gizmos break more often than they want to deal with replacement, so just do without them.

Turns out the valve on the water flow assembly has the same piece, not sure how I missed that. I primarily use the hose to syphon water. I will occasionally use a simple syphon but this setup gives me a lot more control and a lot fewer water messes.

Good and valid reasons as we each have to find what works best for us. Where and how we can get to drains and supply will always have to be figured. Some just think there is more "magic" involved in the siphon than it really takes.
