Buying Plants Online Help

Hello. I will be setting up a 75-gallon tank. I will be getting low to moderate lighting plants. Where online should I order them from? I have looked at LiveAquaria but they do not offer that many different types of plants.

Many of the members here sell plants. Go to the forum area then Members Forums and For Sale.

90% of my plants have come from fellow members here, not one complaint and they have always sent them better packed than I could have asked for.

Not only that but they have continued to grow a pace and are doing well. No CO2 and medium light. I do use Thrive and given my lack of expertise in this area I can only put it down to what I am using, regular water changes and pure dumb luck. is where I go on a daily basis just to lust over what is available. There are also RAOK (Random Acts of Kindness) I was fortunate enough to get one of those when I started up, in the majority of cases you only pay the shipping.

Keep us posted as to your progress

Plants are plentiful online.

I just bought a bunch, from multiple places, all positive experiences.

I got from ebay, amazon (! yep!) and also liveaquaria and aquaticarts (really like this store).

I was surprised to find them on amazon, and surprised at the great quality plants for good prices on ebay

There's always aquabid, too.
