What is this?!

Will somebody please tell me they can help and know what this is? I have several Glo Fish two mystery snails and two rubber lips in this tank with several ghost shrimp. I'm hoping that it's snail eggs and not an alien breeding pod? recently went out of town and had an algae outbreak but this seems unrelated seeing how it's on the lid of my tank?

They are mystery snail eggs. Which are always laid out of water, when they hatch they will fall into the water.

Thank you. Solves the mystery of the mystery snail.

So can I put these in a seperate container with a lid so that when they hatch I don't have an outbreak of snails in my tank? ?

Also, it seems like a lot? do they all survive?

I'd fry it and eat it with rosemary leaves and salt. Looks yummy

Yep, them's some snail eggs. Putting them in an appropriate spot in a separate container seems fine. Note, though, that mystery snails reproduce sexually, unlike many other common aquarium-trade species, so I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest that you probably have a male snail and a female snail. If you don't want them to breed again, I think keeping a high water level might discourage them.
