What's your favorite Plant ?

I want to know everyone's favorite plant, and maybe why? If you wanted to take more time out of your life you could show us a quick pic.

Thanks a lot everybody, skye

Ps: I'm sure there's already been one of these but I can't find it.

My favorite has always been the Madagascar lace plant- I had a beautiful specimen in my 75 "jungle" that lasted for years.

A great plant but no longer legal here in the U.S., unfortunately.

Right now it's rotala indica because it's growing great in my tank and I love how the light leaves dance in the outtake. Ever? Probably telanthera cardinalis or fissedens fontanis, especially when they're put next to each other.

What's your favorite Plant ? 🤔

Hydrocotyle Tripartita Japan is probably my favorite.

It's such a versatile plant you can grow it as a stem plant for height and then if it gets too tall you can simply push the top ends into the substrate to make it carpet. You can also let it float at the surface for light cover or hang it around driftwood and rocks for an overgrown effect.

Buce is probably my favorite because it's easy to grow, it flowers, and there are so many different varieties. Crypt retrospiralis is my second favorite because it's easy to grow and I love the long slender leaves moving in the current. Buce wins the top spot though because you don't even need substrate to grow it.

Hi SKYE.__.HIGH,

Nymphoides hydrilla (aka 'Taiwan'); grows well with or without CO2, bright lime green color; unique leaf shape.

Im an anubias fan. From extra small to super sized there's a species for every set up. Super versatile and super easy I love me some buce too but even anubias grows fast compared to them lol

Mhh It's hard to say, but I really like Ammania bonsai. Or, is it called Rotala indica?... I don't know what's the correct name anymore. I love it because it grows very straight up and it's not trying to invade other plant's spaces. Also I like the contrast of the dark brownish-reddish stem to the green leaves and the pink stem tips. You can plant a bunch of them tightly packed and looks gorgeous. It's also nano tank compatible.

I'm soon to start a medium-high tech setup, but that will never make me to good for Anubis (lol). My favorite in nana petite.
