NATURE scape

On vacation at the beach. I've had this idea rolling around in my head for a while now to source all of my hardscape materials myself rather than spending $$$. I took a few hours this morning to search the beach with my 3yo for just the right pieces, and lay out a tentative hardscape. I'm pretty happy with what we found. It will be a process to decon, test, and soak these materials before they go in a tank, but I'm stoked about the idea. I've got a few more days at the beach I can gather more rocks and wood, it's pretty amazing to have an unlimited supply and choose just the right ones and tinker with the layout in the sand on the beach. I threw this together in about 10 minutes after a long time spent collecting. Thoughts/feedback?

Yes, it does look nice. However, before you remove anything from a beach area make sure you can do it legally. Many places have restrictions about removing any kind ot rocks or sand from a beach. Some of this is even governed by federal regulations. I'm not trying to scare you, but check first.
