Waterfall in the aquarium...

Anyone ever done this successfully? I think it looks awesome, the sand is just the right size so it doesn't cloud the water...

I have done this and it is easier than you think. The right size sand and an air lift and you are good to go

Very nice Dman!! Just what I was looking for. Have you add any problem with fish /shrimp getting in the way?

Nope no problems at all. I have about 150 RCS, 5 amano's, 30 CPD and 3 Nerites . Although once after WC and filter maintenance a nerite crawled in the PVC tube. I heard a click then quiet then click then quiet and when I went to look he was riding the water fall. I just shut it of and moved him but never a prob while running.

Very nice ! I also did a waterfall, but it's in my vivarium. Mostly carnivorous plants from Malaysia.

Nice would love to see a video of it if you have. Sounds like it would look awesome.

Wait didn't Kingofdiy do a similar build at some point? I thought it just required this incredibly powerful air pump and some pvc...or maybe it was some obscene amount of water blown upwards....

So many fish to keep, not enough aquaria.
