Question(s) regarding my first high tech setup

Spec:

Light: Twinstar 360E https://buceplant.com/collections/aq...nt=30249562445
Tank: Ultum 5N https://buceplant.com/collections/un...nt=22809481665
Co2 Regulator: GLA mini ss paintball GLA MINI-SS Paintball CO2 Regulator | Green Leaf Aquariums
Bubble Counter: GLA atomic bubble counter Atomic CO2 Bubble Counter with Check Valve | Green Leaf Aquariums
Diffuser: GLA atomic diffuser Atomic+ CO2 Diffuser 50mm | Green Leaf Aquariums
Drop checker: Cal Aqua pearl drop checker CAL AQUA Preal Drop Checker | Green Leaf Aquariums
Inflow: Cal Aqua influx X1 CAL AQUA Fluxus Filter Pipes | Nano | Green Leaf Aquariums
Outflow: Cal Aqua efflux F1 CAL AQUA Fluxus Filter Pipes | Nano | Green Leaf Aquariums
Filter: Eheim 2211 https://www.amazon.com/Classic-Exter.../dp/B002DZNM4G
Heater: Cobalt neo-therm 25w: https://www.amazon.com/Cobalt-Aquati...rds=cobalt+25w

^ Not sure if you need to know the spec... but:

1. In a high tech setup, how long should I leave the light on per day?

2. Should I turn on the Co2 when the lights turn on, and turn off the Co2 when the lights turn off?
... or, should I turn on the Co2 1 hour before the lights turn on, and turn off the Co2 1 hour before the lights turn off?

3. My heater looks kind of bulky... is there such thing as an in-line heater for a 4.6 gallon tank?

4. Where should I place the diffuser if the inflow and outflow of the filter is on the right side of the tank?

5. How many bubble/sec should I set it to? I know it really depends, but I'd like to know a safe starting point

I may have more question(s) later, but this is all I can think of for now.

In a new setup with a tank that size

1. I would start at 4-6 hours and increase slowly each week up to 8 hrs. if you have no issues.

2. Co2 on 30min-1hr before lights on and 30min-1hr before lights out.

3. Not to sure but depending on your aquascape and plant choice you may be able to hide it a little.

4. I use a reactor but if I were placing an in tank diffuser I would place it as close to the bottom of the tank by the outflow or where the best flow is to carry it around the tank rather than straight up.

Only one question left - 5. you really can't get any advice on that, every bubble counter is different. During fishless cycle just don't worry about anything and blast the tank with CO2. Before introducing fish get some water from the tank and let it sit for 24h, measure the pH of this water and tank water. Try aiming for difference of 1.0 (or you can start with smaller difference like 0.5), everything bigger than 1.0 can be deadly.
