are you using sugar and yeast or citric acid and baking soda? co you have a control
valve on it so you can control the amount of co2 coming out?

2 cups sugar, 1/2tsp dry yeast, 1/2 tsp baking soda, for a 2 ltr bottle. is that a correct mix?, i'm not using a control valve coz i'm not yet well experience, i've read that it might explode if the gas is not release properly, is this right? and also none of my fish died- i'm from philippines, not much aqua enthusiast here, i ask my pet store , but they just show me all these items/products (fertilzers, anti-algae, anti bacteria solutions) w/c i dont know if would need them. thanks for the help.

Most likely have a leak, i did a diy with 2 bottles and could not stop the leaks. Bought a kit on ebay and it has worked great, 2 bottles of yeast and sugar changing one each week(rotating). gives good consistent 2/3 bubbles sec
