Dwarf mexican crayfish + red cherry shrimp + celestial pearl danio

Is this combo ok to have in my tank? Or will the CPO kill everything?

I would worry about the Cray eating the cherries. CPD's may pick the Cherries, but won't probably mess with the cray (or they may get caught and die).

Crayfishes are predators, and their natural diet consists of small fishes and invertebrates, so if they can catch any of them, they will eat them.

I've heard of people keeping CPOs with shrimp with no issue, but that wasn't the case with the ones I had. They go after anything they could catch, regardless of size. Even my gertrude rainbows that stay at the very top of the tank got their fins shredded by the little crays (don't know that they ever killed one, but they certainly inflicted damage). I would love to have some again, but if I do, it'll be in a species tank.

My celestial pearls were getting eaten by a ghost shrimp that I had to get rid of. As for the dwarf Mexican I had one and it constantly uprooted my dwarf hair grass, ate every snail, nipped at my black khuli poached constantly and grabbed for fish. He was worse than a 3 year old on red bull in a China shop. Luckily they took him back at the fish supply house
