Light 90g, (no C02)

I have a 29g planted that has been running for years with 48watts of light (T5no and T8 bulbs) with no C02 and minimal ferts. The plants overgrow the tank and look great.

I am now upgrading to a 90g and was wondering what lighting I can use with out adding any c02?

I have laying around in my garage these options for lighting:
4x40watt Normal output florescent shop lights
4x65watt PC lighting retrofit kit
2 ARO 220 ballast kits that can run 2x110watt VHO each (so upto 4x110 VHO)

I plan on moving the plants from my 29g, they are:
anubis (various species)
Brazilian Sword
Red Rubin
Rotala Magenta

Depending on how high you can raise the lights above the tank I would opt for the 4x65 pc or 2x110 vho. The shoplights would work but I don't think they are strong enough to be very effective towards the bottom of the tank.
