Does Water temperature affect the water´s CO2 retention capability?

Obviously it makes no difference in the aquarium since we all dissolve CO2 in water successfully, but I was wondering since temperature is a mayor factor regarding O2 retention in water (the lower the temperature of water the better it retains Oxygen) does it affect the way CO2 dissolves and stays in the water?

Yes, cooler temperatures help in retaining more dissolved CO2.

yup. the higher the temp the more/faster molecules bounce around, so the CO2 & O2 molecules would bounce out of the water at a faster rate.

True for all dissolved gases in water.......

Doubt it makes that big of deal with CO2, more a function of MET rates for fish and lower O2, which we do not enrich in aquariums.

Warmer temps= high rates of respiration(bacteria, plant,s but mostly Fish).
Warmer temps= less O2.

These two cause more issues I would think/argue.
