How do you guys set up your spray bars?

I'm trying to run 2 canister filters on my 75 gallon to get a higher turn over rate per hour on my planted tank. It's seems like whatever way I put them my plants are whipping around everywhere, my 2 canister filters together get about 7x

I'm not running two on one but I set my spray bar slightly tilted up about an inch below the surface but if your running two filters and it is to much flow try only using one with a spray bar and the other just flowing straight through the out take.

If you have too much current, widen the holes on the spray bar. It will still provide the same amount of flow, but it will be gentler that the plant should be able to stand up. And I just run mine from back to front, with a slight upward tilt. Hits the surface about four inches from the back wall.
